Stage 3 CKD, Small Kidney, Kidney Stones, Okay To Perform Hot Yoga ?
Are Hot Yoga classes a bad idea for a health active 50 year old female with stage 3 CKD due to one small kidney (docs do not know how that happend could have been at birth....no notice of it until kidney stone attackes several years ago) and issues with Kidney stones in the past. No other problems, healthy BMI , low blood pressure , no diebetes or cardiac problems. The Stones are now under control with daily doses of Potassium Citrate.
