Stiff And Sore Neck, Weird Chest Pain, Abdominal Pain, Faster Heartbeat. On Vyvanse. Side Effect?

Took 60mg of vyvanse this morning second time taking it yesterday i took 3 20mg spread apart and didn t even know when I came off of it but today a few hours ago my neck got very stiff and soar and I ve been having weird chest pains and ab pains and my heartbeat is a little fast is this just from vyvanse I also had no appetite from it and have only eaten this morning before I took it

Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine dimesylate) is available in 20, 30, 40, 50 60,70 mg tablets. You took 3 x 20mg spread apart . Neck, jaw stiffness, chest pains and abdominal pains and fast heartbeat,loss of appetite, nausea, unpleasant taste may occur due to Vyvanse medication and more common with higher doses. To avoid those side effects, Vyvanse is started as 20 mg daily in the morning after breakfast and weekly increase of 10mg up to a maximum dose of 70mg and doses to be titrated indivdually and is generally given in single dose.
