Stomach Disorders Due To Mental Stress, Tension. Diet Tips To Cure Stomach Problems?

Doctor, Do we have one brain inside the stomach which controls our digestion system means to say that how stomach disorder arise when we are facing some mental tension/stress? ps give some tips for food habits or tips related to stomach problems? Thanks in Advance Regards

Hi

We have only one brain inside our head it hs nerves spread all over body contol us like wires do.

Do not worry. we develop stomach prolems when in tension and stress is true .

Tips I wish to give is,

Keep your mind calm and relaxed always with deep mental poise.

Eat regularly and chew well and dont eat hin a hrry or when in extreme emotional conditions like when you are angry or too sad. Relax well for at least an hour and eat balanced diet.

Eat less spicy, less irritating food an reduce fried food and junk food.

eat plenty of fruits and drink milk. Eat slowly and enjoy food. do not ever rush through food or talk excessively during eating.

Drink water about half an hour prior eating and an hour after eating food.

Rest your mind for an hour after food.

Eat at regular intervals. do not over eat to discomfort of tummy.

Rest your brain i your tummy then.
