Stomach Pain On Exercising Stomach Muscles, Bloating. History Of Typhoid Infection. Normal Symptoms After Infection?

Hello Doctor, I took treatment for typhoid about a year back. After this I am getting stomach pain whenever I try to do some exercise that stretches my stomach. Even a very simple sit ups would hurt for the next two days. Also, My tummy has become big after Typhoid. What could be the reason Doctor? Is it a post effect of typhoid?

Hello
Thanks for query

Probably you are suffering from pain due to unaccustomed exercise.
First you warm up your body for exercises.
Such case happens due to sudden muscle pull.
If it is persistent, you can go for abdominal ultrasound to exclude other causes.
It is not related to previous typhoid at all.

Take Care
