Strep Throat, Ear Infection, Palate And Teeth Pain, Swollen, Mouth Pain Side Of Ear Infection. Antibiotics Needed?

I had been sick a few weeks ago with strep throat and an ear infection. Recently I have been experiencing pain on the right upper side if my mouth. Not quite my throat or tonsil but I suppose it is my palate. It feels swollen and I also have mild pain in my teeth, jaw, neck and head, also on the right side. It is not intense pain just mild soreness. But my main complaint is the pain in mouth as it is getting more painful to swallow. In addition it is the side opposite to where i had my ear infection. Could it possibly be an infection needing antibiotics? Please help!

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum.
The pain and swelling over the upper palate is not doubt due to infection and this swelling & pain is radiating to jaw, neck, teeth.
In my opinion at once consult an E N T and get his opinion and treatment .
Antibiotics + anti inflammatory drugs needed.
Anti septic solution for local wash help.
Good luck. Dr. HET
