Submandibular Gland Tender, Swollen. No Relief With Medications. CBCT Normal. Causes Tonsillitis, Pharyngitis, Cough. Cure?
Hi, I have problem in submandibular gland,it is tender and swelled on physical exam since 4 months.i have taken huge allopathic medicines antibiotics,homeo,,ayurvedic but it is still lingering .CBCT was done which was normal.As soon as I stop taking antibiotics it recurs,It causes tonsillitis,pharyntitis and cough.what should I do Im totally frustrated,should I get it removed

1. USG of the Neck mainly submandibular region of that side.
2. FNAC of the submandibular region
3. Serum amylase level
