Sudden Pain In Right Ovary Due To Multiple Cyst Along With Bloating And Heart Palpitation
extreme pain in right ovary area all of a sudden. I fell better when I urinate. Ct scan with and without contrast shows right multiple cyst adnexa 75mm x 52mm. Ultrasound ordered today. Bloating and heart palpitations today. Gyne appt tomorrow. What should I expect?

EXtreme pain in right ovary area with finding of right cyst of ovary could likely be due to following
1. Hemorrhage inside the cyst
2. Torsion of cyst
3. Infected cyst
Looking for vasculaity and internal echoes in cyst during Ultrasound will give clear picture of the same.
