Hi there,
Thanks for your query.
Your problems are suggestive of cervicalgia- characterized by pain,
stiffness in the neck region, shoulders and back. This occurs commonly with mental stress, due to sudden stretch of neck muscles. Cold compresses, and anti-inflammatory pain killers, such as, a combination of
ibuprofen +
paracetamol will relieve you of the problems.
Or, it can be due to
cervical spondylosis causing compression over the
spinal cord or emerging nerves. An MRI of neck will reveal the exact cause.
It is advisable that you take a course of anti-depressant + anti-
anxiety drug to restore your mental temperament and curb your stress.
it has no correlation with your
gall bladder.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.
