Suffering Due To Pericardium Tearing. Is There Any Cure For This ?
My friend is suffering due to pericardium tearing because skids during kabadi and wheeling now he is 22 years old he takes aspirin weekly 750 ml followed by a 350ml second dose. surgery cannot be done due to his viens and nerves are small. he vomits blood atleast once in a month. i want to know the medical term for is there any cure for this?

Trauma to Pericardium is causing Pericardium. The if there is inflammation it will resolve with rest, Aspirin, steroids. You need to close follow with physician for any signs of chest pain and increased heart and decreased BP.
It takes 4-6 weeks of time to heal and resolve. If there is fever means it might have infected , then you need antibiotics. you also Echo cardiogram when there is fever.
