Dear Doctor. i am at the age of 45 i dont have any dises.i am suffering of sexul problem.because in small age i was haveing a bad habbit of sex with other mens.now nearly i stop of doing this since 1985.i got married i have 3 childrens.but at present i cant do sex with my wife for more than 5 seconds.even i take 100 mg of vegra two tablets i cant do sex for more than 10 seconds.and i was haveing an opration of hernia .last 7years before .and i smoker can you please help me to increse my sex my wife need more sex but i cant many times she got angery on me hello Doctor

You are 45 and otherwise healthy male. You had habit of intercourse with males in younger age. You have three children. You can't do intercourse more than 5 seconds. You are taking 200 mg viagra per day. You also had operation of hernia 7 years back.
First of all I would like to tell you that operation of hernia has nothing to do with this problem. I would advise you to quit smoking. Smoking may increase this problem.
The problem you are having seems to be premature ejeculation. You are ejeculating before desired time. Viagra help in getting erection but it don't help to increase the time. Various medicines can be used in such cases like Dapoxetine which is a SSRI drug and which should be taken 2 hours before sex. It increases the time of intercourse and it delays ejeculation. But for medicines visit a good Psychiatrist.
Also get your blood sugar levels and Blood Pressure checked. Diabetes and hypertension may be the reason behind these problems.
