Suffering From Leukoplakia. Is There Any Need For Biopsy ?
hi sir my mother 50yr old is suffering from salty sensation since one year. dr on examination found white patch in buccal mcosa near upper right molar tooth and called it leucoplakia, similar lesion is seen on lateral margin of tongue on left side. he gave IDL cap daily for 3 months and then review,but he didnt gave any test. is there any need of biopsy? kindly help me with ur valuable advise.
