Suffering From Cervical Spondylosis. Have Pain In Nerve, Back. Feels Dizzy, Stiffness And Difficulty To Work. Any Advice?

Hi, I am a software engineer aged 38, and suffering from cervical spondlysis, RMI shows nerve pinch in C4-C5 and D7. i also have back pain . i have consulted the doctor and i am doing regular exercise. there is a pain in arms and let, sometimes tingling whenever i sit long. however the biggest issue is i find dizziness and feel difficult to work, there is a regular stiffness and pain in neck. can u pls advise

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
1.Avoid using very high pillow or a very soft mattress.
2. Take tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine daiy
3.Apply hot water fomentation and Diclofenec ointment at neck
4.Visit a physiotherapist and start neck muscle strengthening exercises
5.Myoril or Myospaz are muscle relaxant if pain and tightness is very severe
MRI needed if symptoms persist after these steps.
