Suffering From Cough And Difficulty In Breathing. Diagnosed With Bronchitis And Laryngitis. What To Do?

I have had a fizzing sensation and sound in my throat for several days now, most notable when lying down. Initialky saw doc for cough and inability to breath deeply. Diagnosed with bronchitis and laryngitis. Steroid taper, albuterol inhaler, and cough syrup didn't resolve cough or chest tightness 100%. Second visit prompted a possible allergy diagnosis. Now trying allegra with decongestant. Still have cough, some difficulty wih deep breaths, and fizzing sensation in throat.
