Suffering From Fever, Cough And Cold Even After Taking Medicines. Is It Tonsillitis?

my child age 11 yrs has cold , cough and fever two days before. I have given sumol followed by mefkind -p , that time. now my child have high grade fever at an interval of 5 hrs again, i am confused what syrups i should give to him. plz suggest me .in these two three days he vomit two times history is some doctors says he has tonsillitis but some dr says he can improve as he grow

I can understand your concern, it seems viral infection right now you can control the fever with the help of Acetaminophen tab. 500 mg thrice day but try to bring down the temperate with cold sponging, If I would be his Doctor then I would wait couple of days and then go for routine investigation I would never take any chance in pediatric age group, the underlying cause of fever has to be seen, take a good care of your child have nice day.
