Suffering From High BP And Sugar, How To Get Rid Of Sleep Disorder?
taking ecosprin AV 75/20, for high BP and sugar. going through insomnia and uneasiness. anything o worry? sleepless nights pove very disturbing. is it really required to this medicine for the above mentioned. also taking amlopress AT 25 along with it. male, age-73. please assist asap! thanx.
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
I do not think you need to worry about Ecosprin AV, it contains aspirin and atorvastatin which neither have any negative effect on sleep, so the cause is not there. Often factors like anxiety might be at play. You should try regular sleeping hours, avoiding sleep during the day, exercising, avoiding stimulants like caffeine in the evening. Herbal remedies like chamomile tea might help as well. If those measures do not work there are medications as well (zolpidemmelatonin etc), but should discuss the problem more in detail first (type of insomnia, causes, accompanying conditions etc) beforehand in order to pick the right option.
I hope to have been of help.
