Suffering From Lower Backpain. Hurts To Bend. What Could It Be?

hi im a 21 year old female and im having lower back pain on the left side. Im also on my menstrual cycle it has been irregular for a couple of months as well and im urinateting normal but it really hurts even to bend! It just came on all of a sudden so i would really like to know if anyone could hlep me please. thank you

Hi,
It could be that you've pulled a muscle, did you do any exercises or lift anything heavy recently?
Try putting some ice on it or some heat using a hot pad. A hot shower can also help.
If your pain persists for more than 2-3 days, go to a doctor, they can run some tests on you.
