hi krishna,
thanks for writing to us.
all possible medications for sarcoidosis are given by your doctors.
immunosupression is given adequately in the form of medrol and azoran.
but dose of medrol i think to be tappered gradually.
should not stop shelcal and diabetic medications i.e. pioz g-2.
continue LTOT i.e. 18 hrs a day oxygen therapy and it must include whole 12 hr of night.
discuss about the dose of medrol and its reduction if possible with your docyors.
measure TLC and DC every 2 monthly atleast.
measure FBS, PPBS monthly.
measure HbA1c once.
regular visit to your doctors chamber is important atleast once in a month.
Repeat chest x-ray is to be done to detect radiological improvement.
Eye examination, ECG, ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY is to be done to detect sarcoidosis at other places also
thank you
