Dear sir/madam

Migraine is caused due to stimulations like high intensity sounds, lights, smell and others.
Since you are complaining of difficulty in concentration and headache it might be due to visual disorders.
So get her to a ophthalmologist and check her vision once.
There is no permanent treatment for migraine but some other forms of medicines like ayurvedic and homeopaths claim that thaw have permanent solutions.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Migraines can have a significant effect on a person's life especially if the attacks are severe and occur regularly.

If your friend is having frequent severe attacks she may need to be on prophylactic (preventative) medication in addition to the pain medication she takes when a headache occurs.
The prophylactic medication should reduce the amount of headaches she experiences.

There are different prophylactic medications, examples include topamax, amitriptyline, propranolol, sodium valproate, timolol.

In addition if she is aware of any triggers that cause her headaches such as certain foods, lack of sleep, stress, she should do her best to avoid or better manage them.

I hope this helps
