Suffering From Muscle Tension Dysphonia

Hello! I am suffering from muscle tension dysphonia over a year now, nothing really helps I have been to speech therapist so many times and done many exercises and still do but when I speak it still hurts in my throat. I have tried almost everything I eat healthy I workout and every day I drink so much water, but it doesn't help. Doctor said my vocal cords look healthy only I have tiny gap between vocal cords from overusing my voice with singing. Help?
