sir, i am suffring from lymps nodes in upper abdobnal , all the Dr. suggested for FNAC but FNAC is not possible as per the Dr. , after that he suggested for byapsey. sir my allisa test is possitive so tuberclasic medision givin by the doctor frist time seen in 9/2011 the nodes are less or small previosly my problm is thr texture of mouth not good & other wise no problem

Without the biopsy proper diagnosis can not be made.
If the lymph nodes are in the abdomen then you can get either endoscopic ultrasound biopsy or CT guided biopsy done.
You must discuss with your doctor for the possible ways of biopsy.
