Suffering From Tuberculous Spondylitis. Pain In Neck. Blood Work Done For CBC, ESR. What Does It Mean?
Hello Doctor, My friend is suffering from Tuberculosis spondylitis from last two months initially it was very severe pain in the neck and no movement at all, this is the second stage in the first stage it was in heart (I dont know the exact words) he was completed his course after that it comes. now a bit of relief is there he is not taking any pain killer yesterday he advised by the doctor for blood test, his CBC and ESR is normal but CRP is 1:2, plz help me what does it mean, is it ok with him or any major changes ?
I would advice you to be relax as it is quite normal and your friend is responding to this treatment. I just want to tell him that he should continue treatment for one year and he will be fine. Also he should wear a philladelphia collar to support neck.
