Suffering With Ankle Sprain Since 5 Months. Taken Medicine And Physio Therapy For 3 Months

sir iam ajay and i am suffering with ankle sprain since 5months. iam a volly ball player. it is injured when i played and in xray is normal but doctor told its a ligument tare and i taken medicine and physio therapy for 3 months. but still sprain and pains when i walk plz suggest me for treatment

Dear Ajay thanks for choosing health care magic.Yes your doctor is right it has be ligament tear.Try to avoid straneous activity like playing volley ball.In most of the cases even if it tear the pain should go in 3 months.If it still there and bothering ask your doctor about the other options like surgical repair etc.Try to wear elastocrpre support when you walk.
