Suffering With Sinus Tachycardia, High BP, Depression, Diabetes, On Medicines, Have Intermittent Chest Pain, Leg Ulcers. Cause?

46 year old man complaints of intermittent central chest pain for 2 days. has got leg ulcer . he is more concern about his pain on his ulcer. sinus tachycardic, increased BP, ECG ST depression , increased trop T, Cr, CRE. history of hypertension, increased cholestrol, T2DM on insuline, smoker, depression and ETOH abuse. Could you give me some suggetion regarding his condition.

You should take opinion by cardiologist regarding ECG changes,surgeon opinion regarding ulcer is it diabetic ulcer,take an physician opinion for dose adjustment of insulin and antihypertensive drug

HBA1C,ANGIOGRAPHY,BLOOD SUGAR FASTING AND POSTPINDAl
