Suggest A Diet Plan To Help In Reduction Of Weight

hi i weight 89 kgs and want to lose weight. i am reguarly exercising and would like to have a andhra vegetarian diet plan with total calories per day of 1970, total carbohydrates of 197 gm, total protein of 197 gm and total fat 98 gm. can u help me on this

Hai,

As losing weight without disturbing the calorie is the ideal way.
but the choice of food should need a change.

as rice is the one which increase your weight.kindly less your carbohydrate source add wheat,maize,millets in your routine food intake.

Be hydrated.take 3-5 litres of water.

Add more leafy vegetables like spinach,gourd,cucumber more fiber containing vegetables.
avoid taking frequent intake trans fat food ,junk food,fried items.
use salad,fruit juices etc daily.

continue your exercise program.

kindly take steamed ,less quantity of food in night.

To regulate all together i advise you yoga to maintain fit and weight in control.
