Suggest A Remedy For Constipation

i have acute constipation stomach is blowing and the stool qty is very less and color is black; there is constant urge to go to toilet but not getting relief. i m 64yrs and pure vegetarian. having high BP and osteo-arthirities also, pl help and advice

If your stool qty is less and color is black, pls give analysis that if there have a blood ? Did you lost of your weight in last months or something ? If you have some mechanically constipation you can't use some remedy for constipation.. please check the analysis.
