I have had a mirena in for nearly 4 years now and lately have been having bad stomach cramps, my lips are always dry and my skin is so greasy. I want to have it removed but don't want to get my periods anymore. I have 4 children and don't want anymore. What are my options re tubes tied, hysterectomy etc?
