Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain oily skin and hormonal imbalances both are a potent cause of acne vulgaris or pimples..
In individuals with oily skin there is more sticking of dirt particles on face, more of clogged pores, bacterial infection and pimple formation..
I would suggest you that the first thing in your treatment is to keep your skin clean and dry and also avoid skin cosmetics that make your skin oily..
You can wash you face multiple times a day using a salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can also prevent clogging of pores by exfoliating your skin twice a week..
In case if the pimples erupt apply Clindamycin gel to reduce infection and benzoyl peroxide gel..
Niacinamide or Nicotinamide containing creams are also helpful to clear acne..
In case if there is no improvement in a month consult a Dermatologist and he can advise you antibiotics to be taken orally like Clindamycin or Minocycline, oral and topical retinoids and also advise you treatments like Microdermabrasion..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and oily skin which occurs because of infection of bacteria when clogged pores gets filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Need not to worry. Excessive exposure to sun is the other factor responsible for your condition. You should use product containing benzoyl peroxide. You should wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. You should apply sunscreen Such as TAN CARE rich in SPF 26. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
