Suggest Alternative Tests To Find Dural Tears Without Puncturing Spine

I had anterior posterior 2 level fusion surgery last year.I woke up in the hospital with my head feeling like it was exploding.I had a dural tear that was repaired.Since that time ive had horrific head and back pressure.I was just diagnosed with Chiari Malformation.I had a blood patch done 3 weeks ago.Im worse now.Next week im schedualed for a ct mylogram.I so scared of more punctures to my spine.Is there any other test that can find dural tears?

yes, you can go for MRI myelogram as well. it will give some idea, however direct contrast injection in CT will be more informative . but u can go for non contrast MRI
