Suggest Better Pain Management Options Due To Back Injury

Greetings Doc, I am a 45 yr old female who has been taking pain medication (hydrocodone mainly) for about 8 years due to a back injury. I see a pain management doctor monthly. Every 3 to 6 months they draw blood to check my liver to make sure the tylenol isnt damaging my liver. Test have always been normal, until today. Number went from around low 20's to 325. Whats with the big jump in numbers? I have an order for a liver panel now. Also about 3 weeks ago the doc called and said my sugar levels look like I might be diebetic. Im 5' 4" 105lbs and have lost weight lately . Im so busy taking care of everyone else I dont take very good care of me. Any idea what might be going on with my blood?
