Yes i have an ophalmologic question. 44 year old female. dull achy headache behind right eye correctionis +2.75 in this eye and +1.25 in left unaffected eye. no med hx. recent dx of possible bilateral narraow angle glaucoma....5-6 weeks noticed frequent inequality in pupil size by just a little but more pronounced in am upon awakening. in the affected eye. although reactive as the unaffected. VERY concerned that this is indicative of brain tumor? Seen by ophlomologist. receommended specialist for narrow angle. doesnt happen for 5 more weeks. Please advise of emergent nature and any other feedback appropriate
get refraction again. complete all examination to exclude glaucoma. measurement of IOTdark room test, water drinking test to induce increase tension, gonioscopy and field tracing.
