Hi i am hvng acne black mark left back after acne got settled. i am supposed to get married by next month end so can u pls recommend me some lotion or cream to remove tht acne mark as soon as possible, its looking so bad on left cheek and chin.

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) is a common sequelae of inflammatory acne. Because I am not sure of the severity of the problem therefore I cannot give you a time frame they would take to improve.
If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use topical Azaleic acid gel, twice daily. Azaleic acid has skin lightening properties; it is antiacne as well.
Since your marriage is on the cards, therefore in addition to the topical treatment, you may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from a dermatologist. Glycolic peel is particularly useful for PIH.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for a visual assessment. Your dermatologist would advice accordingly.
