thank you for question.fatigue is is due to decrease tissue perfusion.overdiuresis by diuretics may be a cause,strict input/output charting with judicious use of salt is mandatory.ace inhibitors with diuretics and beta blockers are necessary.for better understanding of pathophysiology of disease you should contact us at suitable time
