Suggest Diet Plans For Losing Weight

Hi, My name is Hashim. Could you suggest me a 6 time meal for fat loss. My height is 160cm and weight 66kgs. I go to gym 5 days a week. I wanted to loose weight. I am a Indian, if you could suggest a 1200 calorie diet high in protein would be good. thanks

What is your age and you don't require 1200 calories plan it will be too low. Just include more of fibre like salads, sprouts, channa murmura, brown bread sandwich. Include milk skim and use curds n buttermilk avoid sugar honey jaggery less sweets orvkhoa products. Drink lot of water. Small and frequent meals. Have exercise regularly. Walk 40-45 mins daily . do not take fried foods .or high calories. Avoid juices take whole fruits with low calories. Consult dietician or write me personally to counsel.
