Please render some help. My dad undergo an operation to remove one of his kidney as a canercerous tumor was found. Right after his operation he was done with fever. 2 days after the operation he experience trouble urinating and blood pressure was dropping to as low as 80+ to 90+ (he is slightly on the big side weighing 90+kg).

The doctors commented that his body is not receptive towards the antibiotics and his large intestine was infected with a virus. The doctors placed him on drips as they said he was lacking fluids. Throughout all these days, he was passing out waste (watery-like) none stop, about 4-5 times a day.



Now he is still under observation, because he is experiencing stomach bloating and it is causing him a great discomfort. His bloating is quite serious.



I seriously hope someone would be able to advise me what could be done or what diet should he take to reduce the bloating and stop the passing out of waste.
