Suggest Dosage Of Marshmellow Root,licorice Root And Slippery Elm For Stomach Issues

what is the daily dosage needed of powdered marshmellow root, licorice root & slippery elm to help heal stomach issues. I just bought these items in a dried herb form & do not like teas/can I consume in another liquid like orange juice & do I just use these herbs when I feel poorly or on a regular basis?

I appreciate your concern, if this is the abdominal symptoms then underlying cause or causes of these would be matter of concern and condition need to be managed accordingly as long as the symptoms are concern if these are being managed with non pharmaceutical agents then it may gives the placebo effect but may not cure the underlying illness so I would advise you to see the physician for proper diagnosis and treatment, hope this information helps.
