Hi. I am 46, female, 5'4, 140 lbs. I am very near-sighted, have a lazy eye and a narrow than average optic nerve (narrower in my "good" eye). How high are my chances for developing glaucoma? Any early symptoms I should look for? Any medications I should avoid? Thank you.
For near sighted ness you have to use specs. At this age you can not do any thing to treat lazy eye. These problem has no link with glaucoma. symptoms for glaucoma are loss of field. In acute onset there is sevior pain with congestion. Measurement of IOT will give higher pressure.
