Suggest Exercise To Reduce Belly Fat

Hi Doctor,
I'm software engineer and my age is 31. I daily sit at least 8-9 hours in front of computer and my tummy has increased and I don't feel fresh. Please advise me how can I reduce my tummy by exercise and diet. My height is 5'7" and my weight is 67kg.

As mentioned,exercise and diet would be important to help you.

In terms of exercise, at least 150 minutes a week of exercise should be done. Aerobic and abdominal toning exercise would likely be most effective.

There are different types of diets available. The main types are the low fat/low calorie diet and the low carbohydrate diet.
The low carbohydrate diet normally causes faster initial weight loss though the eventual weight loss may be similar.

You can choose the one that best suits you.
