Hi Doctor, I'm software engineer and my age is 31. I daily sit at least 8-9 hours in front of computer and my tummy has increased and I don't feel fresh. Please advise me how can I reduce my tummy by exercise and diet. My height is 5'7" and my weight is 67kg.
