Hi I 'm 29, my height is 160cm and my weight is 60.5kg. I have a baby of 15 months old. I had cesarean during the birth of my baby. My abdomen muscles are loose and they are sagging. Please suggest any exercise to tighten my abdominal muscles. Thank you

Mam, the problem you have mentioned is normal after cesarean section If i was your treating doctor, i advice YOGIC exercises. Surya namaskara helps. First attend yogic classes and do them under guidance of teacher. Then you can do by your own. Make it a part of daily routine. Change , though little slow but definitely seen.
