Muscle power cannot be increased with any kind of medications, though increase of protein content in diet can help if assisted properly with a graded muscle training program. As your muscles have been transferred, they lose a power of 1 on a scale of 5. So, A proper Rehabilitation program consisting of proper strengthening of weak muscles, particularly the extensors of upper limb can help. As no manual muscle testing has been done, refer to a PMR Physician who are experts in such diseases.
