Hi I have spinal disc desiccation. I saw it on a MRI scan. I am 14 however it is very sore. How can I fix it? I am going to a sports physician and a physic yet it doesn t seem to be getting better. The MRI also showed fluid in the lumber spine region.What do you think is wrong with my back. It hurts when i sit down and epecially when i walk

In your case, you also have fluid in the lumbar spine region. So there is some other problem which needs to be fixed
