Suggest Medication For Gout

Hi i am 40 and 1.8 high .weight 105 i have had gout from the age of 18 it has got wworse .I take puricos but it brings on an attack.I take pridesine and celebrex to take pain away but worried it affects stomach. please advise me what i can do? As its affecting my mobileaty thanks.

Allopurinol and analgesics are drug of choice in gout. This condition can only be controlled but not cured.
