Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on face which is very common in your age group because of hormonal changes and skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it leads to post inflammation hyper-pigmentation. Oily skin is an contributing factor for your condition. I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and face wash containing salycylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelac acid which is good for acne as well as marks. Apply aloe vera gel at night. Drink plenty of water. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
