Suggest Medication For An Erectile Dysfunction

I am 41 years old make and diabetic since last 10 years. My diabetic control is vey poor and mt level remains at 240+. Recnetly, I have been facing erection problems. My erections are not stiff and I ejaculate more early as it was before. I am married simce lats 13 years and also masturbate twice a week. But ,also not get good rigid erections duribg intercourse and masturbations. Please help.

It is very common to get problem of Erectile Dysfunction in a individual with uncontrolled Diabetes .

It is mainly due to two factors
1)Peripheral neuropathy involving nerves which carry signal from the brain to neurons located in walls of the arterioles of erectile tissue that relax and increase blood flow in arterioles to dilate that causes erection .
2) There are atheroscerotic changes in walls of the arteries (Penile Artery) reducing blood flow to penis .

You need to ensure that your diabetes is under control and monitor your blood sugar levels frequently .

You may take Sildenafil (Viagra) as on demand .This will help you to get good hard erection to have enjoyable sex.
