Understamding your concern. As per your query you have blood in sputum while coughing which is known as hemoptysis could be due to inflammation of any vessel in lungs, due to throat irritation because of acid reflux. Need not to worry about it. You should visit pulmonologist once and get CT scan chest done. You should go for bronchoscopy as well. You should start medication after proper diagnosis. Sputum test and smear culture should be done. Till then take antibiotic along with antiinflsmmatory drugs such as Levocetrizine . Avoid use of cold liquid substances. Avoid spicy, sharp and oily food. You should take steam inhalation. Take diet rich in multivitamins. You should gargle daily.
