Suggest Medication For Burning Sensation In Throat And Ear Pain Due To Smoking
Hello Dr,So I finally quit smoking, after a rather terrible event took place. I sucked in a filter on a handrolled cigarette. And it entered my throat. I thought I had gotten it out with a nasal rinse but I can still feel it. The whole front of my throat has a burning sensation and sometimes pain in the ears. This happened about a week and a half ago. If I was developing some kind of throat cancer at the age of 22 and ordinarily healthy besides the smoking habit, how long would that take?Any information would be helpful. Thank you. Tom
obviously for a possible foreign body being stuck (one that does not, btw, show up on x-rays) getting a look by a professional is pretty much required. Throat cancer is a gradually growing tumor that is very rare below age 40.
