MY GRANDMA, 70 YRS GETING DEHYDRATION AND HIGH FEVER at morning she hasn't controls in self she urinat and also has bathroom! we admitted her in near hospital, they give her sodium chloride injections and also duolin respules! I get worry! please help
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. During fever along with dehydration, loss of cognition and incontinence is known to occur. 2. It is usually due to stress. 3. Adequate hydration is necessary. Not that she has got sodium chloride injections, it will be helpful. 4. Duolin will be helpful in easy breathing. She is possibly suffering from pneumonia. A blood culture, sputum culture with appropriate antibiotics should help her. Not to worry. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
