Suggest Medication For Fistula
i have fistula by birth between nose & upper lip dr said it should remove by surgery. it has white discharge in 2-4 days if i will not press it. it is of 1/2 inch inside center of two nose pore. now my ques. is if we will not do the surgery. what will happen it will increase or hard to surgery after some yrs.

Any fistula is abnormal in human body. As such the fistula you mentioned do not have any urgent hazardous effects but it will be always better to get it corrected with surgery.
As you have not mentioned your age here so it will be difficult to comment on urgency.
It might give rise to problems as you have mentioned of reccuring infections or food might go in bose causing undue problems.
But preferably it will be better to undergo surgery and get it closed. Delaying it will not make repair difficult but complications like above stated moght arise.
