Suggest Medication For Gastritis And Pulsating Sensation In Body

I get pulsation waves through my body every evening after eating dinner. Along with that I have stomach gas. When I burp the gas out the plusations tend to stop. Every night I wake up with these sensations and they last a couple of hours. Any advice?

Hello,

The possible issue is intestine motility disorder. Primary guidelines at present
- Drink more liquids.
- Avoid spices, non-veg, oily, high dairy fat content.
- Avoid dinner before three hours of sleep.
- Keep the head end of the bed elevated for 30 degrees when resting.
- Get a prescription of proton pump inhibitor and prokinetic agents with your consultant.
- Manage sound sleep of eight hours.
