Suggest Medication For Headache On Right Side Of Eye

I am a 22 year old male, 5'8" and 215lbs. Since coming off of an antibiotic for sinusitis, I have been having headaches over my right eye. It seems similar to a sinus headache and is controllable with ibuprofen, it downgrades from a sharp pain, to a dull, ignorable throb. It happens mainly when I wake up in the morning.
