Suggest Medication For Migraine

I have a constant migraine when I wake up until I go to sleep. It is often too painful to do anything properly. I have been to the doctor and they said something about viral infection and tonsillitis. But after all of the pills they gave me, none of it helped.

Hello,

You can also use the self care methods ,diet modification and home remedies. Avoid stress like pursuing an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce the stress and improve the mental health. Improve your sleeping pattern, catch a regular sleep pattern, avoid naps, caffeine and TV before bed time. Avoid migraine triggers, common triggers like alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep as I already mentioned.

Eat a carbohydrates with a protein or a good fat to stay full longer. Take a healthy diet and fresh foods are less likely to have added food preservatives, such as monosodium glutamate (MSG). Preservatives can trigger migraine in some people. Hence, avoiding foods that contain them can help. Ibuprofen, tab Aspirin + Acetaminophen + caffeine, tab Naproxen and NSAID can help after proper prescription.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
