I have a constant migraine when I wake up until I go to sleep. It is often too painful to do anything properly. I have been to the doctor and they said something about viral infection and tonsillitis. But after all of the pills they gave me, none of it helped.

Eat a carbohydrates with a protein or a good fat to stay full longer. Take a healthy diet and fresh foods are less likely to have added food preservatives, such as monosodium glutamate (MSG). Preservatives can trigger migraine in some people. Hence, avoiding foods that contain them can help. Ibuprofen, tab Aspirin + Acetaminophen + caffeine, tab Naproxen and NSAID can help after proper prescription.
